A Research Team Led by Prof. Kei May LAU Published the Paper "1.55 μm electrically pumped continuous wave lasing of quantum dash lasers grown on silicon" in Optics Express

A research team led by Prof. Kei May LAU has recently claimed "the first electrically pumped room temperature continuous wave lasing results of 1.55μm quantum dash lasers directly grown on patterned on-axis silicon using metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD)”.  The research paper was published in Optics Express, Volume 28, Issue 12, by OSA Publishing.
