Prof. Ming LIU Received the Second Prize of the 2020 Guangdong Province Technology Invention Award

Prof. Ming LIU received the Second Prize of the 2020 Guangdong Province Technology Invention Award for the project "Research and Application of Low-cost Robot Localization and Navigation Technology" nominated by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Guangzhou Branch. The project team includes Ming LIU from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Yongsheng OU, Guolai ZHANG and Rong XIONG from Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Guodong ZHANG and Zhangjun SONG from Shenzhen Silver Star Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. The award was given for their contribution to the innovation and application of key technology for pandemic prevention and control.
