PROF. FUMIN ZHANG ELECTED AS IEEE FELLOW 2024

Prof. Fumin Zhang elected as IEEE Fellow 2024 for his outstanding contributions to autonomy of robotic sensing networks and control of marine robots.

Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity.

IEEE Fellow is a distinction reserved for select IEEE members whose extraordinary accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest are deemed fitting of this prestigious grade elevation. Each year, following a rigorous evaluation procedure, the IEEE Fellow Committee recommends a selected group of recipients for elevation to IEEE Fellow. Less than 0.1% of voting members are selected annually for this member grade elevation.
