PhD alumnus Tong QIN has been hired by Huawei through its “top young talents” scheme, with a handsome annual pay between RMB$1.82-2.01 million. He has released various papers on prestigious journals such as IEEE TRO, OCRA, IROS and ECC while he also received the IEEE IROS Best Student Paper Award in 2018.
