Prof. Kei May Lau Won The Prestigious IPRM Award in CSW 2023 (Compound Semiconductor Week 2023)

We are thrilled to announce that Professor Kei May Lau recently won the prestigious IPRM Award in CSW 2023 (Compound Semiconductor Week 2023). The award recognizes her significant contributions to the development of InP hetero-epitaxy on Si by metal organic chemical vapor deposition for photonic and electronic device.

Prof. Lau is the top researcher in the field of compound semiconductors to receive this award – the awards are given to the most outstanding researchers.
