Prof. FAN Zhiyong and his team having their work being recognized as "Top 10 Research Progresses on Semiconductors in China" by the flagship Journal of Semiconductors in China
Prof. FAN Zhiyong and his team for having their work "Large-scale planar and spherical light-emitting diodes based on arrays of perovskite quantum wires" (published in Nature Photonics, 16, 284-290 (2022) being recognized as "Top 10 Research Progresses on Semiconductors in China" by the flagship Journal of Semiconductors in China.
Since 2020, the journal organizes around 250 experts in the field of semiconductors in China to vote for the annual "Top 10 Research Progresses on Semiconductors in China.” Back in 2020, Prof. FAN Zhiyong’s bionic eye work was also selected into the top 10 list. This makes Prof. FAN Zhiyong's group the only group in China whose works entered the top 10 list TWICE.
