Abstract

3D-NAND Flash Memory has been rapidly developed and urged into massive productions in the past several years with the explosive demand from big data and other high-end applications. The talk will give a glimpse of semiconductor memory, its technology trend and roadmap, as well as its market outlook. The fundamentals of 3D-NAND flash memory including device structure, integration architecture, operation principle, and reliability are to be highlighted. The talk will give a brief overview of some of YMTC.
 

Speaker's Biography:

Dr. Judy Xilin An is currently a Professor at Southern University of Science and Technology & Advisor at YMTC (Yangtze Memory Technology Corporation). She is an IEEE Senior Member (2003), and has over 20 years of IC industrial experiences primarily at the Silicon Valley in the US. She served as Senior Director of Strategic Technology at XMC prior to YMTC’s formation. She earned her PhD in Microelectronics from EE of Colorado State University in US, and her BS in Physics from Peking University in China.
