Prof. Ming

LIU

Prof. Ming LIU is the Dean of College of Integrated Circuits and Micro-Nano Electronics from Fudan University. She is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an IEEE Fellow, and an academician of the Academy of Sciences for the Developing World. Her research focuses primarily on memory device modeling and mechanisms, material structures, circuit design technologies, micro-nano fabrication of integrated circuits, and chiplet integration. She has received numerous awards, including the Second Prize of the National Natural Science Award, the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of the National Technology Invention Award, the Distinguished Scientific Achievement Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Award.
