Mr. So is the General Manager for the South China Region at Keysight Technologies. He began his career at Hewlett-Packard in 1989. Following the spin-off of the test and measurement business into Agilent Technologies in 1999, and later into Keysight Technologies in 2014, Mr. So has accumulated over 35 years of experience in electronic test and measurement solutions. His expertise spans cellular and optical communications, high-speed digital, automotive, and semiconductor industries.

Throughout his career, he has held various management positions in sales, marketing, and service & support across Hong Kong, the USA, and Singapore.

Mr. So holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Arts in Quantitative Analysis for Business from City University of Hong Kong.
