Dr. Song S.H. received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China. He is now an Assistant Professor jointly appointed by the Division of Integrative Systems and Design (ISD) and the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering (ECE). Dr. Song has been an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Education.
