Shibo CHEN received the bachelor’s degree from University of Science and Technology of China, in 2011, the Ph.D. degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2017. He has worked in Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) and Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) as Research Associate Professor and Senior Research Fellow, respectively. His research interests include the smart city, the smart grid, optimization, game theory and reinforcement learning.
