Anita is an experienced veteran in the tech industry, currently serving as the Director of Ecosystem Development at Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Limited. Prior to this role, she was the Head of Ecosystem Development at Cyberport. With over 25 years of experience in management and business development, Anita has worked with notable companies such as HK Telecom, IBM, Equant, and Wharf T&T.
 

Anita's expertise lies in driving strategic partnerships through business models that incorporate technology into business ecosystems. She has demonstrated professionalism in strategic leadership, cross-functional resource management, and the delivery of high-quality tech solutions.
 

In addition to her professional endeavours, Anita proactively engages in public services. She had been a committee member of the Information and Communications Technology Industry Training Advisory Committee (ITAC) under the Education Bureau, as well as a committee member of the Innovation and Information Technology Committee under the Occupational Safety and Health Council. Today, she fully supports life science cluster development and is an Honorary Board Member of Hong Kong Medical and Healthcare Device Industries Association. Anita is also a pivotal member of incubation and acceleration programs, as well as an avid mentor for startups.
 

Anita serves as the Co-Chair of the Innovation & Technology Executive Committee of the Hong Kong Women Professionals & Entrepreneurs Association. As an active member of the Rotary Club of Hong Kong South, Anita is also a dedicated contributor to the club’s vocation and community services.
 

Anita is committed to developing the younger generation and promoting the development of the I&T value chain, making Hong Kong a better place to live.
