Profile
Tao Chen received his B.Eng. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2019. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2024. After that, he was a Research Associate at the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering of HKUST, where he is now a Research Assistant Professor. His research focuses on wide-bandgap semiconductor device technologies, spanning power electronics, memory devices, and neuromorphic computing.
