Jin WEI received the B.S. degree from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, the M.S. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong. Dr. WEI's research interest includes GaN, SiC and Si power devices and their applications. His research work covers device physics, characterization, fabrication, modelling and circuit design.
